One of the most mysterious words in the world is vision. Many carry the misguided notion that vision is something of a supernatural nature and thereby a mystery. Proverbs 29:18 says “Where there is no vision the people perish.” Your vision is a detailed description of where you want to get to in life. It gives you a picture of what the destination looks like. No one can create a successful and prolific life without a God-given vision. It may not be possible to know all the details of how you will accomplish every detail of your vision, but if the vision is God-given, then He will connect you to the right people in the right places and provide the resources for its fulfillment.

The famous painter, Michelangelo once said, “The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, it is that it’s too low and we reach it.” The tragedy of life is that too many people limit themselves by limiting their vision. Dave Liniger the CEO of Remax, the largest Real Estate Company in the USA said, “Always dream big dreams. Big dreams attract big people.” As you fail to dream big, you are only limiting the people God is capable of bringing into your life. Robert Fritz, author of, The Path of the Least Resistance, once said, “If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you really want, and all that is left is compromise.” Are you compromising your future by dreaming small in your present?
